Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-01

This policy explains how Alegria Media and Consulting Ltd. ("we") handles personal data on Identity Lifecycle Management (identitylifecyclemanagement.com). The site is a reference: it has no user accounts, no payments and no comments, and you can read every page and use the calculator and comparison tools without giving us any personal data.

1. What we collect

We collect only what the site actually needs to run:

  • Contact form messages. If you write to us through the contact page, we receive your name, email address, the topic you chose and your message. For copyright notices we also receive the extra details the form asks for, including your electronic signature.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data for each request: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.
  • Browser storage. The site does not write anything to localStorage or sessionStorage, and it sets no cookies. The calculator and comparison tools keep your inputs in the page's memory only, and they are gone when you leave or reload the page.
  • Google Fonts. Pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When the fonts load, Google receives your IP address and browser details, as with any web request. Google states that Google Fonts does not set cookies.

The site loads no analytics, advertising, social media or other third-party scripts.

2. Why we use it and our legal basis

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, we rely on our legitimate interests to operate and secure the site and to read and answer the messages you send. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it, and you can withdraw it at any time.

3. Who receives it

We share personal data only with:

  • hosting and infrastructure providers that run the site on our behalf;
  • the form delivery provider that passes contact messages to us, once it is configured;
  • authorities, where the law requires us to disclose it.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. International transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country, including in Israel, where we are based, and wherever our providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards for these transfers. The European Commission has issued an adequacy decision for Israel, recognizing that it offers an adequate level of protection.

5. How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as we need to handle them, and then delete them. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by the hosting provider.

6. Your rights

If you are in the EU or the UK, you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and portability; you can object to processing and withdraw consent; and you can complain to your supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we hold, to delete and correct it, to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither), and not to be treated differently for using these rights.

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, you can review personal data held about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted.

To use any of these rights, write to us through the contact form and choose the topic "Privacy request". We may need to confirm your identity before we act.

7. Children

The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
